EGG Office created the brand identity system—including visual identity, brand palette and logotype—for this mixed-use residential project in Koreatown. To do so, we studied and drew inspiration from Korean patterns, idioms and culture. We also took into consideration the visual impact of the project’s verticality, at 19 stories.
We then leveraged the visual identity to develop an interior and exterior environmental graphics system for the project.
Owned by multifamily REIT UDR, the development features approximately 200 high-end apartment units, two levels of retail and residential-serving amenities, a pool deck, 6th-floor landscaped amenity and five levels of above-grade parking.
